We offer 6 and 12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is there a security deposit?
1 bedrooms = $150, 2 bedrooms = $250
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No, Section 8 vouchers are not accepted at Rise at Highland Meadows.
Are utilities included?
No, utilities are not included with the cost of your rent.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required at Rise at Highland Meadows.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours for the business center?
9am-6pm M-F SAT-SUN- Closed

MON- FRI: 9AM - 6PM SAT: 10AM - 5PM SUN : CLOSED

Our fitness club is open 24/7.

Yes, charged $75/ month added to the rent. Serviced by Spectrum

Packages are delivered to residents doors.

Yes, we have BBQ grills located at pool areas.

Pets are allowed on property. We provide a friendly dog park that has designated poop stations.
What is the parking situation?
One covered parking per unit for $30 a month. Uncovered parking must be registered with the towing company.
